A szüleim által alapított teniszklub vezetője vagyok. A versenysport megtanított a kitartásra, küzdelemre, felelősségvállalásra a pályán és azon kívül egyaránt. Edzői tevékenységem során fő motivációm úgy ösztönözni a gyerekeket a maximális teljesítményre, hogy a sport iránti szeretet és a tenisz iránti lelkesedés ne csorbuljon.

Testépítésben több, mint 30 éves tapasztalatom és gyakorlatom van, számomra teljes értékű hivatás. Személyi edzőként 9 éve dolgozom. Előtte 6 évig sport-gyógymasszőrként, illetve lágy-csontkovácsként dolgoztam. Közel 4 évig tanultam az anatómiát és ismertem meg az emberi test mozgását, rehabilitációját, fejleszthetőségét, nyújthatóságát.
Budapesten a Semmelweis Egyetem testnevelési és sporttudományi karán (Testnevelési Főiskola) 2011-ben végeztem mint testépítés-fitness sportedző.

Edzőként rengeteg felnőttel és gyermekkel dolgoztam együtt, valamint foglalkozom versenyzőkkel is.
A minőségi munka érdekében több képzésen vettem részt. A világ legnagyobb Play & Stay edzőjétől, Mike Barrell-től számos dolgot sajátítottam el. PTR nemzetközi vizsgával rendelkezem.

Tanulmányaim alatt gyógy-sportmasszőr területen sok tapasztalatot szereztem. Kezeléseim célzottan izomlazításra, ízületi mozgásbeszűkülések kezelésére irányulnak. Többféle masszázstechnikát, ízületi kimozgatást, terápiaként alkalmazok a maximális gyógyulás érdekében – minden esetben személyre szabottan.
